Scan Data: Photos you submit for AI-assisted shelf and receipt scanning are processed to extract product data.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous analytics about how you use the app to improve its features.

To provide and maintain the Color Wheel app and its features.

To process AI-assisted scans of your shelf and receipts.

To calculate inventory costs, waste, and usage metrics.

To send you low-stock alerts and notifications you have enabled.

To improve the app through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

Color Wheel requests camera and photo library access solely for the purpose of scanning product shelves and receipts. Photos are processed to extract inventory data and are not used for any other purpose.

You can deny camera access at any time; manual data entry remains fully available.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Access to your data is authenticated and scoped to your account only.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You own all inventory, formula, and business data you enter into Color Wheel.

You can export your data at any time via CSV or JSON backup from the Settings page.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Color Wheel uses AI services to process scan photos and may use cloud storage providers to securely host your data.

These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are used solely to deliver app functionality.

Color Wheel is intended for use by professional hair stylists and salon professionals. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app services to you.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page within the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable period.

You can also export a complete copy of your data (CSV or JSON) at any time before deletion.
