How do I add a product to my inventory?

Tap the Inventory tab, then tap the + button in the top right. Fill in the brand, shade, package size, and starting stock levels, then tap Create Product.

How do shelf and receipt scans work?

Shelf scans use your camera to identify products and update stock levels. Receipt scans extract purchase details from a photo of your receipt. Each scan uses one AI credit — you get free scans monthly and can purchase more.

How is my inventory cost calculated?

Color Wheel tracks the purchase price and package size of each product, then calculates a weighted average cost per base unit (grams, ml, or units). This gives you accurate cost-per-service and waste tracking.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy to export your inventory, formulas, and purchase history as CSV or JSON files at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find Color Wheel, and tap Cancel Subscription.
